Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Production Lead Time & Handling
Because we specialize in OEM/ODM custom manufacturing and wholesale orders, shipping timelines consist of Production Lead Time + Transit Time.
Sample Orders: Standard samples are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days after final tech pack approval and sample payment confirmation.
Bulk Production: Standard manufacturing lead time ranges from 25 to 45 business days, depending on order volume, fabric availability, and design complexity.
Order Tracking: A shipping advice notice containing consignment tracking details, carrier info, and master documents will be issued once your order leaves our factory floor.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We offer flexible, multi-modal logistics options based on your timeline requirements and budget:
Air Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Best suited for samples, prototypes, and urgent low-volume top-up orders. Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days worldwide.
Air Freight: Ideal for medium-to-large urgent bulk shipments. Estimated transit time is 7 to 12 business days.
Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): The most cost-effective solution for large-volume bulk production shipments. Estimated transit time ranges from 20 to 40 days depending on the destination port.
Rail & Overland Trucking: Available for specific regional destinations, offering a balanced combination of speed and cost. Estimated transit time is 15 to 25 days.
3. Trade Terms (Incoterms)
We operate in accordance with international trade standards. Our default trade terms include:
FOB (Free on Board – Origin Port): We handle factory production, internal transport, and export customs clearance at the port of origin. Risk and freight charges transfer to the buyer once goods are loaded on board.
EXW (Ex Works): The buyer assumes full responsibility for arranging shipment and customs clearance directly from our factory.
CIF / CFR (Cost, Insurance & Freight / Cost & Freight): We handle ocean or air transport to your designated destination port, including marine insurance where CIF is selected.
DDP / DDU (Door-to-Door): Delivered Duty Paid or Unpaid options are available upon special request for eligible regions.
Note: Unless explicitly contracted under DDP terms, all standard quotes exclude destination country import tariffs, local VAT, and destination port clearance handling fees.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Tariffs
For all non-DDP shipments, destination country import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and secondary inspection charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (buyer). We provide a complete set of standard export documentation to ensure smooth customs processing, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading / Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin (e.g., Form F or Form A upon request).
5. Packaging & Protection Standards
All finished garments are polybagged, packed into heavy-duty export-grade corrugated cartons, and sealed to prevent moisture and handling damage during international transit. Palletization or custom inner packaging can be accommodated upon request prior to production.
6. Transit Hazards, Damages & Claim Procedures
While we enforce strict export packaging controls, unexpected transit hazards may occur. Buyers are advised to inspect all cartons upon arrival before signing the carrier’s receipt.
If external damage, carton loss, or discrepancy is observed, notify the delivering carrier immediately to file a formal claim report. Concurrently, contact our logistics team within 5 business days with detailed photo/video evidence of the outer packaging, shipping labels, and affected product tags.
Please note: We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs holds, extreme weather events, port congestion, or third-party carrier operational disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
